Returns and Refunds

We want to ensure the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind to our clients’ purchase, so if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order. We will refund the amount spent for the returned goods, keeping the shipping costs for the return. We do consider replacements exclusively for changing sizes.
We cannot accept return requests for customised items.

Return process

To make a return, please, emailing us within 14 days of delivery, info@osvaldobenvenuti.it

In the message, we ask you to specify:

the order number
the name and code of the items you wish to return
the reason for the return (the reason may be any, it is needed for the sole purpose of improving our services)
You will receive an e-mail with the return authorization instructions. The e-mail will contain a document to be printed and inserted in the package, indicating the return details, and a document to be printed and affixed on the box, in order to cover the stickers of the previous delivery (you can in fact use the same box in which you received the product). The email will also specify the data that you will need to contact the shipping company, in order to fix the date and arrangements for collection. The delivery to the indicated shipper must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the product. Giovanni Raspini Shop reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the specified dates. The product must necessarily be returned under the following conditions:

Should not have been used
Packaging must not show any signs of wear, abrasions and scratches
The product must be accompanied by the enclosed warranty
Returned items, when not accepted, will be returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once our warehouse has received your return and verified that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return. The time for repayment depends on the payment method you used: for purchase by credit card or debit card, the company will credit the total amount (equal to the sum of the returned objects but excluding shipping costs) directly on the card with which the payment was made, within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item (the time required to view the refund depends on the institute that issued the card); for purchase by PayPal: refund will be visible within 24 hours from the receipt of our e-mail confirmation.
